When you send a message

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company or studio is optional. I use these details to reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation. Messages are delivered to my email inbox; they are not published or added to a marketing list.

Please don’t send confidential material, health records or payment-card details.

Service providers

• OpenAI ChatGPT Sites hosts the portfolio and processes information needed to operate it.
• Cloudflare provides spam protection and message delivery. Email service providers store enquiries and replies.
• Google Analytics helps understand site use, only with your permission as described below.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy policies explain how they handle it.

Security and browser preferences

Hosting and security services process IP addresses and browser and device information to run the site and protect the form from spam. Limited security records help prevent repeated or abusive submissions.

Browser storage remembers motion settings, dismissed notices and analytics choices. Some last for the session; others remain until changed or cleared. These preferences are separate from analytics.

Optional analytics

Where enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies only after you accept. It measures visits and interactions with rooms, projects, videos and the contact form, plus browser and device information. The site does not send message contents or contact details in analytics events, or use analytics for advertising.

You can browse and send a message without accepting. Change your choice below at any time. Withdrawing stops future analytics and clears the site’s analytics cookies, but does not erase previously collected data.

How long information is kept

How long I keep correspondence depends on the enquiry, relevant follow-up and any legal or record-keeping requirements. Messages are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. Security records are kept according to security needs; provider logs and analytics follow the relevant service settings and policies.

Questions and your choices

Use the contact form for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of your information. If the form is unavailable, use the LinkedIn link on that page. I may need to confirm your identity. Requests are handled under applicable law; some records may need to be retained, for example to meet a legal obligation.

Depending on applicable law, you may also object to or restrict use of your information, request a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority. Where a legal basis is required, I rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the site, and on consent for optional analytics.

This portfolio is not directed at children. Linked websites have their own privacy policies. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date.
